Go-for-jobsharing - Coaching and consulting on top-sharing and jobsharing for recruiters, HR specialists and companies

From: Association PTO Part-Time Optimisation The offer supports recruiters, HR specialists and companies in better utilising the potential of top-sharing and jobsharing. Through targeted coaching and consulting, knowledge and practical approaches are conveyed to successfully implement these work models. Measures such as updating the website, a survey on job- and topsharing in Switzerland, as well as a specialist event raise awareness among employers and promote the dissemination of these concepts. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
