Go-for-jobsharing - Coaching and consulting on top- and jobsharing for employees and self-employed

From: Association PTO Part-Time Optimisation The offer includes coaching and consulting for employees and self-employed to promote the use of top- and jobsharing in companies. The goal is to raise awareness of these work models and sensitize employers to them. Measures such as updating the website, a nationwide survey on job- and topsharing, as well as a specialist event support dissemination and acceptance. Additionally, specialised tools such as HR support, workshops, coaching and function assessments are available to facilitate practical implementation in companies. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
