Go-for-jobsharing - Coaching and consulting on top- and jobsharing for employees and self-employed

From: Association PTO Part-Time Optimisation The offer includes coaching and consulting for employees and self-employed to promote the use of top- and jobsharing in companies. The goal is to raise awareness of these work models and sensitize employers to them. Measures such as updating the website, a nationwide survey on job- and topsharing, as well as a specialist event support dissemination and acceptance. Additionally, specialised tools such as HR support, workshops, coaching and function assessments are available to facilitate practical implementation in companies.
