Family and practice in the veterinary field - courses to promote the compatibility of work and private life through improved working conditions in job advertisements

From: Gesellschaft Schweizer Tierärztinnen und Tierärzte GST The offer provides companies in the veterinary sector with tools to promote the compatibility of work and family life and to better manage maternity-related staff absences. It is based on a detailed risk assessment developed in collaboration with experts from medicine and occupational safety. Additionally, to further strengthen compatibility, preferred conditions for the advertisement of (temporary) positions are actively promoted. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
