Family and practice in the veterinary field - Tools for employers to manage maternity-related staff absences and to strengthen the compatibility of work and life

From: Gesellschaft Schweizer Tierärztinnen und Tierärzte GST The offer provides companies in the veterinary sector with tools to promote the compatibility of work and family and to better manage maternity-related staff absences. Based on a detailed risk assessment developed in collaboration with experts from medicine and occupational safety, the focus is on expanding this risk assessment. Additionally, practice-oriented information and training materials are created, and a platform to support employers is established. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
