From: Association suisse des femmes ingénieures ASFI/SVIN The offer includes workshops for companies based on the experiences of the DS project «Kultur-Wegweiser». The goal is to promote equality in technical companies, raise awareness among leaders and employees about gender-specific career obstacles, and strengthen the professional development of women in STEM fields.
