From: Swiss Association of Women Engineers ASFI/SVIN The offer builds on the experiences of the DS project «Kultur-Wegweiser» and promotes equality in technical companies. It raises awareness among leaders and employees about gender-specific career barriers and supports the professional development of women in STEM. Companies receive a detailed analysis to better utilise the potential of female STEM professionals.
