From: Verein männer.ch The dads@work offer promotes the sustainable anchoring of fatherhood work in companies and strengthens the compatibility of work and family for fathers. The umbrella organisation männer.ch offers networking opportunities for fathers, families and companies. Events and courses prepare expectant fathers to initiate conversations early with their partner and supervisors and to agree on flexible working time models. A crash course provides practical strategies for family-friendly arrangements. In addition, a fathers' network, consisting of fathers and executives, supports the introduction of family-friendly working conditions in companies. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
