The satisfaction and motivation of employees is a key success factor for companies. The Fachstelle UND supports employees on behalf of your company with personal coaching while maintaining confidentiality. With coaching from Fachstelle UND, companies enable their employees to reflect on their professional and family or private situation. This way, they find their individual solution for optimal compatibility of work and other life aspects.
