The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
From: Verein UND, family and work for men and women The offer supports companies and associations in promoting the compatibility of work and family as well as internal company equality of opportunity for women and men. Coaching offers executives a neutral space for reflection. This can involve challenges related to employees' compatibility issues. The Fachstelle UND also supports the introduction of job sharing or other work forms to promote compatibility.
