Brochure for the promotion of part-time work for medical staff in hospitals

From: Association of Swiss Assistant and Senior Physicians (vsao) The offer includes a brochure for hospitals to promote part-time work in the medical field. Various institutions are analysed and typified in order to develop customised working time models based on this. These models are intended to support hospital management in adapting their organisation so that economically viable part-time positions can be created. The aim is to increase the availability of part-time positions, strengthen the acceptance of part-time work and improve the compatibility of work and family for physicians. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
