From: Verein UND, Family and Employment for Men and Women The offer supports companies and associations in promoting the compatibility of work and family as well as internal equal opportunities for women and men. Companies promote successful compatibility of work and other life areas of their employees through their strategy, structure and culture as well as their HR processes. Using our five standardized basic modules, we analyse the current situation with you on an organisational and personnel level involving all parties. You will recognise the strengths of your organisation and discover development opportunities. Module 1: Organisation Module 2: Leadership Module 3: Employees Module 4: Controlling Module 5: Action Plan Supported by the Fachstelle UND, you define goals and appropriate measures. This way you create the conditions for optimal life balance and compatibility conditions of work and other life areas for your employees.
