From: Fondation impactIA, Genève The offer aims to increase the proportion of women in the field of artificial intelligence and to promote gender diversity in tech teams. Leaders have access to a White Paper that provides awareness, expertise and best practice examples. Trained female mentors raise awareness among leaders and employees on equality issues and support companies in implementing concrete measures. Through targeted awareness and education measures, the position of women in the tech industry is strengthened and diversity in teams is promoted.
