The task of informing, advising and supporting harassed persons is demanding. It requires advisory competence, expertise on sexual harassment in the workplace and knowledge of procedural processes within the company and in court. The further training takes place once a year. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
