Pay equity analysis with Logib - Raising awareness for gender equality in the company

The Geneva cantonal government has established an interdepartmental working group that implements the introduction of such audits in cantonal procurement. This working group consists of the cantonal labour inspectorate (OCIRT), the cantonal building inspectorate (OBA) and the cantonal procurement office (CCA) and is coordinated by the Office for Equality and Prevention of Domestic Violence (BPEV). The goal is to ensure pay equity using the Logib tool developed by the Federal Office for Gender Equality.
