From: Legal Services of the Council of State, Delegate for Equal Opportunities The offer is aimed at SMEs in Ticino for preventive measures against harassment in the workplace. With professional support, companies can develop measures tailored to their operations to prevent sexual harassment. These include training for management and executives as well as information events for employees. In addition, internal company regulations and procedures regarding sexual harassment in the workplace are analysed and improved. This enables companies to comply with the legal obligation to take preventive measures.
