From: Association Le deuxième Observatoire The offer includes an online platform for apprentices to reduce and prevent sexist behaviour and sexual harassment in vocational training. The focus is on female apprentices in traditional male professions. The offer pursues two main goals: On the one hand, topic-specific information is provided for training supervisors, vocational training inspectors, as well as trainers, including an e-learning module.
