"KMU konkret+" - Training against sexual harassment in the workplace, aimed at employees

From: Office for Equality City of Zurich The offer promotes preventive measures against sexual harassment in the workplace. The project "KMU konkret+" offers, in addition to training for employees, also training for managers. Furthermore, companies are supported in the development and updating of internal guidelines and regulations, as well as consultations on how to proceed in specific cases of sexual harassment. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/has supported the project with financial aid.
