"KMU konkret+" - Training against sexual harassment in the workplace, aimed at managers

From: Office for Equality City of Zurich The offer promotes preventive measures against sexual harassment in the workplace. The project "KMU konkret+" offers, in addition to training for managers, also training for employees. Furthermore, companies are supported in the development and updating of internal guidelines and regulations, as well as consultations on how to proceed in concrete cases of sexual harassment. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/has supported the project with financial aid.
