"KMU konkret+" - Development and updating of internal company guidelines and regulations against sexual harassment in the workplace

From: Office for Gender Equality City of Zurich The offer promotes preventive measures against sexual and sexist harassment in the workplace. The project "KMU konkret+" offers, in addition to supporting companies in the development and updating of internal company guidelines and regulations, also consultations on how to proceed in specific cases of sexual harassment. Furthermore, training on sexual harassment in the workplace is offered for both managers and employees. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/has supported the project with financial aid.
