FEMCooperatives - Support for women with a migration background to establish cooperatives

From: Verein Crescenda The offer develops a social entrepreneurial model to promote equal opportunities, enabling women with a migration background to establish collectively managed enterprises with fair working conditions. Targeted support is offered to women with a migration background. Within the framework of a three-year pilot project, three cooperatives with 10 to 15 women each are founded to create the basis for the model. The focus is on the founding of the pilot cooperative Flexifeen Genossenschaft and the establishment of a network.
